Even when someone needs a reduction, complications like infections and scarring can occur, and never should one pick just any surgeon. They should pick one who cares about their patients enough to check on them post op to see if complications arise. At a certain point you are better off accepting yourself as is. Even embracing yourself as is! It's better than someone tearing you apart and then putting you back together. Screw reduction surgery...too costly and risky anyway!
