What’s your anxious tick?

Mine is biting the inside of my cheek… not the best and kinda painful 🤧🤧 but thank goodness for coping skills! My fav is somatic exercises… dancing, tapping and breathe work, yoga, stretching, basically anything involving moving your body in a healthy way :,)
