Here we are continuing to the prelude to Cassandra's story. It's been 9 months in Melanie's pregnancy and Catherine is ready to come out. We meet a new meta-human girl, the massive nurse Paulina Kozak. She'll be essential here since no regular human doctor would be able to deliver a meta-human baby.

My only real problem with this part is that the nurse is dressed like a doctor and the doctor is dressed like a nurse. It made it a little bit confusing to figure out which was which at first.
