Why did Persian SpongeBob CENSOR Sandy's Cheeks? (seriously, this is ridiculous)

2021-07-31 08:07:39 +0000 UTCMan, censorship can be weird and nonsensical, and Persian Spongebob is no different. Sandy wearing a dress? Zooming in on her face to conceal her body? And they even had the nerve to take the Bikini out of the name Bikini Bottom?! Regional laws and restrictions and all that...I really do get that...but it doesn't change the fact that these censorship edits are poor and really feel out of place. These are quite possibly the worst examples of censorship that I have ever seen except for the "rice cake as jelly doughnut" scene in Pokemon. Still, I commend you for taking the time to discuss these censorships despite YouTube trying to screw with you yet again. It also sounds like Spongebob in Tehran was truly something (I missed your Let's Watch livestream of that, alas), and I hope to see you give it heck in a future video! Hope you're doing better now, Saber...see you next week! =)
