After that, I have a big review planned for Friday for a movie call "The Snurks" and it was VERY uncanny. I really hope that you all like it (and not like it). Got a bunch of videos planned for February and March, they will be excellent months for videos. Take care folks!

2021-02-09 17:25:55 +0000 UTCI've been hearing a lot of how Studio Ghibli-a studio which was responsible for some of the very best animated movies of the past 35 years-really dropped the ball with Earwig and the Witch. Not only was the animation lackluster (kind of understandable since this is Ghibli's first CGI movie, but still) and the story boring and incomplete, but the movie itself is now officially Ghibli's worst-rated movie on Rotten Tomatoes (its RT score is at 31% as of this writing). If your tweet from the other night is anything to go by-and I'm sure it is-you, too, felt that Studio Ghibli struck out big time with Earwig and the Witch. I'll be sure to check out your full thoughts on the movie when the Quick Vid comes our way. As for The Snurks, from what little I've seen of it so far, it looks to be yet another uncanny valley nightmare along the lines of Let's Go Ape, Delgo, and some other movies you've covered. Seeing as how you've courageously dealt with uncanny valley animation in the past, I'm sure you'll make the review (if not the movie itself) a real treat for us all. Between the Snurks video and the long-awaited release of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury for the Switch, this Friday is gonna be beyond epic...I can just feel it!
