Weekly Update/Video Takedowns (4-10-2018)

I had both of my Globgogabgalab videos taken down with one of them ABSOLUTELY being Fair Use. Right now, I am trying to fight it but I am fearful that the guy who made the movie might want to take me to court.
According to him, my video uses too much of his movie and that I am responsible for the decline in his movie sales on Amazon. I find that to be dumb because the globgogabgalab meme is dying out and he thinks I am the one who did this to him.
Overall, I am pretty stressed out. I was gonna make a video this week but I just can't pull myself together until I know what is going on with this video takedown stuff. Also, I have 2 strikes on my channel now because of this guy. Hopefully, my network can help me out and remove this nonsense.
Thanks for being patient with me folks. I hope to be back to making videos weekly after this chapter is over

The stress will be unreal, there’s no hiding that, but you will be ok Saber. You did nothing wrong, and the court will see that. It was a shit movie that was born to be meme’d, and the creator is now sour about the response. You’re mainly targeted because you ARE a great content creator and you can proudly lead the charge on criticizing the movie. “fair use” is “fair use”. You didn’t ruin his movie. It was already ruined and everyone who has a sense of humour and imagination will back you up. If you’re scared and nervous about this, just remember how Ethan and Hila’s Lawsuit went regarding Matt Hoss. You’ll be ok, Saber. You go man.
