Lady <3

Hi all, if you haven't seen on other social media platforms yet, we lost our dear Lady this week. She was 13 years old, and had been the loving waifu of Emmett for 10 years.

Mom and I went upstate to look at apartments/houses for me, and that's when we got the news from my brother. We got home from our trip today. I went out back and dug a hole, and when Kev got home, we gave Lady a beautiful little funeral. Mom and I stopped to buy some flowers on our way home, so I decorated her burial box with them and scattered them on her grave. We played some classical guitar, one of the only sorts of music that seemed to soothe her when I had to trim her nails and groom her, and said a few words about her. It was really sweet, to share that moment with my family who also helped take care of her these last several years.

In a few days, the little memorial statue I found online will arrive, and I'll make her little corner a mini bunny zen corner. She and Emmett used to love playing in that corner when they were younger, and they'd often make me chase them out from behind the rhododendron bush (which is why I had to stop letting them play there lol. They were like "nope mom, not going back inside lol"). So, the statue I found is of two rabbits snuggling, and I think it will be totally perfect.

In the meantime, I'm hoping to get out packages this week. Time flew this month, and I feel like I've been in a haze between trying to find apartments, trying to take care of Lady, keeping up with streams etc etc. I had been hoping to complete most of the sticker assembly while upstate, but with the news of Lady I just shut down for the remainder of my time up there..

I just want you all to know I've not forgotten about you, and if I ever get behind on packages, please know you will get them! Even if it's a binder with a million prints and stickers lol.
