These women can chose when and when not to become pregnant and also when to lactate, regardless if they have recently given birth or not. Most metahumans can do this, but just very few understand how and go through life without ever learning to do it.
Sofía is one such metahuman. She instinctively understands what her body can do and has learned to control it to perfection.
When Sofia is spending the night or the weekend with someone she really cares for, if she notices he's getting hungry she will feed him until he is completely full. Her milk is not only extremely nutritious, its also absolutely delicious and tends to give the drinker a temporary energy and stamina boost (it is also slightly addictive).
