2023-11-17 16:10:48 +0000 UTCIf one has never been taught to set boundaries (I was taught that saying no wasn't even an option), saying no will take some practise. Blue shouldn't beat himself up if it takes a bit of practise. I started with small stuff before I stood in front of someone I was a bit fearful of, looked them in the eye and said it: NO.
