I actually just had my ears professionally cleaned for the first time yesterday, and I really should have done that years ago. If your ears are like mine and you end up resorting to regular cleanings at home, I can't recommend it enough.
Did you know that it's possible to feel the airflow in your ear canals on windy days?

I used to do this professionally! (as part of working at an urgent care clinic) It's super satisfying for us too when it all comes out at once.
