Crying
Added 2021-09-16 04:47:16 +0000 UTCI’m a big advocate of frivolous crying. There are stress hormones in tears, it’s your body’s way of balancing the extra hormones. If you’re crying about something, it means you’re feeling more about it than your body can contain, and it’s wonderful to care about things so much, and good to let it out.
