Belated Ranma Poll Response August2025
Added 2025-08-28 14:56:45 +0000 UTCThree days (well, okay, two full days but still) after I had hoped to close this poll down. Sorrow. But Bhaalson Remodel is done, formatted, name-changed, and off to the editor.
I will have to get this work out every day to Hiryo (SORRY) in order for him to look it over if Journey wins, but I think I can get at least half the chapter I wanted out? We will see. I can cut down on the travel-type shenanigans if… but I am getting ahead of myself.
So, let us formally see which of the Ranma fics won this month’s poll…

Cool. I will get to work on that right away. If I hear back from the editor he can’t look over Bhaalson Remodel in time, I will be posting it at that point.
In other news, a few questions: What was everyone’s opinion on the pictures? Should I try to include more of them in my works here going forward? I can probably try some free AI art generator thing. Still have no idea how to add pictures over on A03, alas.
And as a second question, what do you think of the name Journey Gone Astray for the Ranma/DC cross? I’m curious. I think it made sense before, but going forward, I’m not certain if that works as a title for the whole fic.

After getting the chapter, I re-read your older mails and saw that "A Journey Gone Astray" was the name of the first arc of this story. This made me think of some more titles. Maybe naming the story (not all titles may fit): -) “Kismet Meeting Butterfly”, -) “Happenstance Ranma”, -) “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Ranma”, -) “How to Stop the Other Shoe from Dropping”, -) “I Want to Be a Hero Not a Harem Protagonist”, -) “All My Girfriends Are Stronger than Me”, -) “The Pinkies of My Girlfriends” Let's see which of these titles is more in line with your audience. ^^

2025-08-30 01:24:25 +0000 UTCI like journey gone astray. It shows that Ranma's path and original journey (aka) Destiny has quite literally 'gone astray'. He/She has been to Paradise Island, interacted with meta humans, god's, demi-gods and aliens. The current name reflects that perfectly.
