Honestly this chapter was kind of boring to me but I do understand that this was a transition chapter and that it is building towards the next arc of the story. I will say that the fight against Murlocs was interesting and I have to imagine that while the druids and sentinels are out of practice when it comes to actual combat in this period of peace that the difficulty of the fight is also having to fight them in the water where they hold the advantage. The fight where Tyrande and Shy-Rotam fought together on that island and dragged the Murlocs away from the ship was really well done. I know part of the fight was that they were able to limit the direction and amount that could attack them but I felt that it showed just how strong Tyrande is a martial combatant and might delay whatever Frandral is planning. It will be interesting to see how things develop with Frandral and his desires for the Night elves and if his plans will end up being foiled sooner or later. I know they might have just been a random encounter but I can see the spiders that Harry and company ran into being the prelude to something greater down the road. I am looking forward to the moment that Harry fully masters his basilisk side and what it means for Harry (assuming that it happens during this arc). I am hoping that once he has mastered himself and comes to understand who he is fully and that he is somehow able to affect what he looks like when he is reborn. I do not know when Harry is going to gain a draconic form but all I know is that if/when that happens I am looking forward to seeing the reaction of Versera and what it would mean for them.

You sometimes imply he can, but he never does it, and sometimes he seems to imply he can only do a hybrid form, but I think he once mentioned something about turning fully into a basilisk; I might be misremembering. I will have to reread the whole fic when the next chapter comes out.
