Well this month was terrible

Things have been hectic for me this year and it's noticeably put a dent in my output when it comes to Akagi^2.  While I'm between jobs as a software engineer, I agreed to take a part-time position as maintenance for a community of duplexes that my current apartment complex management also happens to manage.  This works out for me because I already have all the tools needed for the job, I know plumbing/HVAC/etc, and I have some decent craftsman skills.  Just four hours a day, an...

It started on July 4th when, on my way home, I discovered that my car's alternator had decided to give up the ghost and I was able to just barely make it home before my car sucked the battery dry.  So, I ordered a new alternator off of Amazon for $84 (Autozone was going to charge me $124 for one of their infamously unreliable rebuilt alternators, and that price is AFTER the core charge) and went to work.  Now, I drive a 2012 Fiat 50...

Hey guys, once again thanks for your support. Last year was pretty terrible for me (well, it was pretty terrible for _everyone_.)  You're probably wondering why there hasn't been a comic updated in over a month, and that's because I really lucked out and got a swell new job. I can't say for how long it will last (it's contract-based) but it's put me in a better position than I've been for a long, long time.

Alright, going back to work on Akagi^2. Looks like Little Illustrious is another promotional and not story-wise event which is a good thing for my storyline.

Alright, because you guys are so awesome, and want to see me continue output while I wait on the next event, I'm going to release my comic book which I originally published on Comixology starting in 2013 and finished #6 early last year; each day for the next six days.

This comic book is based off my original webcomic with the same characters but with a coherent (ahem) storyline. Hope you guys enjoy it, and look forward to #2 tomorrow.

I have a really bad track record when it comes to me saying "it'll be out tomorrow!" and then I don't finish it, but I'm pretty sure I will. It's all laid out and most of the artwork and toning done already.

Slight delay on the comic

Terribly sorry, but I'm still finishing up the screentoning and final edits of Akagi^2 #15, and can't get it up tonight like I said I would. Expect to see it uploaded tomorrow morning.  I'm about done, but I've decided to be a stickler about giving any comic a good once-over when I'm refreshed and not dog-tired; because that's how silly mistakes get through. Like that time I forgot to draw in Akagi-chan's pigtails and bells a few comics back. Unforgivable.
