Well! September was a pretty crazy month for me, and it's starting to slow down now. Autumn is in the air and so is the cold, and that means it's time to whip out the new short story!
This was a fun one to write. I love a good superhero yarn, even (especially?) when the good guy loses. And I hope you do too!
At any rate, here it is! And remember: the new month for suggestions is coming up, so be ready for that. And given the spooky season, I expect some real spine tinglers!

Another entertaining "loss" and interesting bit of contrast with the protagonists of your other works. Granted, this is a one shot short story and characterization is a bit...muzzled by the end, but Hammer seemed like an interesting middle ground between Victor and Foundry. Granted, we didn't really have a chance to see what happens when his stated desire to protect people conflicts with his clear hunger for fame, glory, and violence, but still!
