Winning Cupcakes Chapter 3
Added 2022-10-14 16:00:11 +0000 UTCThe two of us headed to the grocery store. We had to get ingredients for the baking contest, the contest I was now suddenly very invested in winning. Tammy was, in my eyes, the devil incarnate. As we got out of Debbie’s car (that I was surprised she could even fit in), we headed up the short walk to get a shopping cart.
It was clear we were in a small town. Despite two people going to the grocery store being a fairly innocuous occurrence, we were getting a lot of side chatter and pointing. People were looking at us strange, like we were doing something wrong. I could hear people whispering ‘where’s her husband?’ and making some rather rude faces at us. I found this very odd; for one, she was so big and I was so small, it honestly looked more like a mother/son situation than a woman/man one. She completely dwarfed me, to the point where it felt like I should probably be sitting in the cart facing her instead of walking beside her.
Walking down the aisles of the grocery store was a stark reminder of just how massive Debbie was, particularly her rear end. You don’t normally think about widening the aisles, but with her, I didn’t think two people of her size could pass by each other physically. Like they would probably get stuck. Thankfully, most people seemed regular size and we were able to squeeze our way through.
“Flour is next,” I said, reading from the list.
“Got it,” she said, steering the shopping cart down another aisle. As we approached the flour, I saw her reach for a rather small container of flour.
“So…,” I started, preparing myself for the difficult conversations. “I think we should consider buying a larger package of flour.”
She paused, a puzzled look on her face. “But my recipe only calls for a little bit. This package contains enough.”
“But don’t you think you’ll be making more later?” I asked.
“Yeah, and I can buy it when I need it,” she responded.
“Okay,” I started. “But let’s think about this in the long term. The bigger the package, the cheaper the price. If we know we are going to use more later, we should buy a bigger package. That way we get more flour for less money, meaning at the end of the day, we are actually saving money, right?”
A lightbulb seemed to turn on in her head, and her eyes lit up. She grabbed me and hugged me as hard as she could. It was so immediate and strong, I didn’t have time to react. Her arms easily surrounded my whole upper torso, including my arms. Her breasts were so big, her breast flesh bulging over her apron like two honey buns, they pushed into my chest and rose up to my face, begging me to dunk in and look for buried treasure. I admit, I had never seen a woman of her size before, especially her breasts and ass. My body was reacting in ways I had never predicted.
“Um… Debbie… I think you have to put me down,” I said.
“Oops, sorry!” she said, dropping me back to the floor. I massaged my back after I landed on terra firma, noting how much damage she could do without even trying. I could hear the whispers growing again. I looked around and saw people staring at us, and talking amongst themselves.
“Debbie, people are looking at us…” I said.
“Oh,” she giggled. “They probably think I’m cheating on my husband. Everyone is a drama queen here.”
“Why do they think that?”
“My husband is always gone, and they think I’m lonely. They see you here, and I bet their imagination takes over.” As she was saying that, someone approached her from behind, tapping her on the shoulder.
“Debbie?” said a rail thin woman behind her.
“Yes Cheryl?” Debbie asked politely, turning around to face her.
“It’s good to see you out and about again…” she said in that way that women do when they have something else running through their brains. “But I’m just wondering, where is your husband?”
“Cheryl, he’s off on another trucking job. He’s probably in California right now enjoying the coast.”
“Oh I see,” Cheryl said. “It’s just that, you know, with this young man walking around with you, you must understand it looks like you two are… well… you know…” She trailed off, not wanting to say it, but being perfectly happy with implying it verbally. She was a coward, in a way I was now assuming most people here were. This small town was so absorbed with local gossip, they didn’t care about the damage it may cause.
“Oh gosh no,” Debbie said, laughing and grabbing me by the arm. “This is Tom, he’s my new accountant. He’s just here to make sure I spend money correctly, and he’s doing such a great job!” She squeezed my arm extra hard. “I don’t think it would even be possible for us to be a thing. He’s so tiny, I think I would flatten him!”
Cheryl seemed satisfied with this answer. I should have felt emasculated by it, but I honestly thought she was probably correct. If she ever did get on top of me, in a sexual position or otherwise, I wasn’t exactly confident I could move her off. The rest of the shopping went by without incident, minus another round or two of whispers.
We returned to the house, and I got stuck in my spreadsheets, and she got to work baking. Around 6pm, I was invited to join Debbie and Julie for dinner. I met them downstairs, and I sat down next to Debbie, who sat at the end of the table. Julie sat across from me. They had already brought out food by the time I sat down, a delicious spread of fried chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, and more. It was some absolutely delicious southern cooking, but definitely food that would contribute to being as large as Debbie was. Julie and I were much more… selective with what we ate.
“So get this Julie…” Debbie said in between bites. “We were at Thurston’s today… and everyone thought Tom and I were having an affair!”
“Oh dear!” sighed Julie.
“I told Cheryl, I said ‘If I even tried anything like that with poor Tom, I would flatten him with my big butt!’ haha!” laughed Debbie.
Before we could laugh anymore about this ridiculous story, we heard an aggressive knock on the door, which was directly behind me. Debbie was clearly used to not wanting to get up to answer the door, and without thinking called out “Come in!” The door opened, and I turned my head to see that witch Tammy enter the house with a smirk on her face and a skip in her step. Something was wrong.
“Welcome Tammy!” said Debbie naively. “We’re just eating dinner! Care to have some chicken with us?”
“Oh no thank you…” she said with a disgusted look on her face. “I’m trying to keep a trim figure. Debbie, I heard an interesting rumor from Cheryl today. You and Tom are causing quite a ruckus, hanging out together while your husband is out of town.”
“Oh, yeah, we ran into her at the store! I let her know my husband is on a trucking excursion, and Tom is my accountant. We’re all squared away!”
“Is this true, Tom?” Tammy asked me. I didn’t know what she was getting at. We already explained everything, both to her and to Cheryl. Honestly, I was starting to get bothered by everyone insinuating things here.
“Yep, things haven’t changed since this morning,” I said, trying to maintain my composure. “I am here for accounting purposes, and have no romantic relationship with Debbie at all. I’m not really sure where this is all coming from.”
Tammy smiled wide. “Well, if that’s the case, you wouldn’t mind if I, say, paired you up with a girl then?”
I paused and looked at her dumbfounded.
“Surely, because you two are not dating, you’re looking for someone to date, and mingle with, and.. You know… do whatever it is you boys do?” she asked in her tricky tone. “And since you’re not in a relationship with Debbie here… you should have no objections to dating someone I can hook you up with?”
She looked down at me with confident eyes, eyes a spider uses to look at a bug caught in her web. On the one hand, I really had no need for a girlfriend. I wasn’t interested at the moment. But I also didn’t want to give off the impression there was something going on between Debbie and I, considering half the town was convinced we were having an affair already. I was stuck between a rock and hard place.
“Yeah,” I said shakily. “I appreciate it!”
“Excellent,” beamed Tammy. “Geraldine, come in and see your new boyfriend!” she said out of nowhere.
I turned back to look in front of me at Julie, who had turned completely pale and was looking down at her plate. I looked at Debbie, who was shaking her head as subtly as Debbie could shake. I didn’t understand the big deal, until a shadow appeared over me. I felt a massive presence behind me, so I turned my head back behind me.
My entire view was blocked by the most massive girl I had ever seen before. And this was after yesterday, when Debbie had taken that top spot. This girl wore a green dress that looked like it was barely holding on. And of course, she was enormous, bigger than Debbie, in every way. Her breasts were bigger, her ass was wider, she was taller. If Debbie was 600 pounds, Geraldine was 700, maybe more. She had dark hair and glasses.
“This is Geraldine. Geraldine, Tommy,” said Tammy smugly.
What had I gotten myself into?
