This class explores how we can fully access the benefits and potential, the giving or receiving service, can create for a Dynamic. Service has the potential to not only bring joy, but it can also help to strengthen, sustain, and feed the dynamic. When service is performed with intention and mindfulness, the act can be transformed into a powerful exchange: an expression of love, and/or a way to demonstrate honour and respect for each other - and the dynamic - taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary. Drawing on our 29 years in Dynamic, we will share approaches to leverage mindful service, to feed everyone, including the Dynamic.
