Iffan Terasik - There are certain items that can only be bought or sold if you know exactly where to look and who to ask. Every city has that one place where illicit deals can be made, and in this city it's the Hidden Star. At first glance it's a small run down shop selling worthless odds and ends, but if you know the right phrase its proprietor, Iffan Terasik, will lead you through a hidden back door. Prices are steep, but perhaps there is an item you can 'procure' in return instead

Seer Rohr - Seer Rohr is a mysterious figure, she is rarely seen outside of her shop. The sign above the shop door bears no name, only a hard to make out painted image. Some think it looks like a butterfly, while others swear it is a skull. Most are unsure. Rohr claims to be able to tell your future simply by looking into your eyes, but many believe her to be a charlatan. The trinkets and potions she sells are obvious fakes and few if any of her prophecies have come true, except for one that she doesn't even remember making.

Artemis Phycer - Artemis Phycer is a renowned tinkerer and craftsman. He creates and sells everything from simple children's toys to combat enhancing prostheses, with stock changing on an almost weekly basis depending on where his current obsession lies. In particular he loves to be challenged by complex commissions, so if you are looking for something unique, Artemis might be your guy.
