I recently rediscovered the Neothelid. Any chance this would fit here? A giant brain-devouring worm would be amazing to have as a token!

2023-05-24 23:03:21 +0000 UTCI will be more clear. I apologize. I see a lot of horror themed entities and cross overs with the Cthulhu mythos. You could make some of those that easily drop into fantasy and Lovecraft horror.
