Adventure Overview

Baalzebub's Sanitorium is a Fifth Edition adventure for characters of 2nd to 4th level, optimized for a party of 4 characters with an average party level (APL) of 3.

The Norcuzzo Sanitorium has stood on the outskirts of Blutstrom for years, and few have ever questioned its operations. The sanitorium is one of many fronts for the infernal soul trade on the Material Plane, and is occupied by a sadistic "scientist", his cult-like staff, and the devils which they serve. Can the adventurers rescue those who have been abducted by the sanitorium, uncover the dark secrets of its lower chambers, and deal with the devils that lurk within?
