Ep2 Progress Report #10

Hi.

I hope you guys had a good New Year's Eve. I dozed off at 1am, but that's because I didn't want to get out of the cycle I'm in now.

I get up at 4am, going to bed at 8-9pm. 

And now it's time to get back to game development. 

I have the noon event completed, from both the Kait and Shanon paths. The posing was easy, but a more difficult task awaits me, as I will put the event  in the renpy. I am talking about the conditions statements that I need to properly formulate so that they correspond to the paths players chose earlier. 

Now I'm posing a small event with the MC - max 20 renders, and after that I'm moving on to posing the last event in this part of episode 2. I've partly written down this event that will be filled with choices and, therefore, a chance to earn points with Lana. 

For this "scene" I will have to create some new characters. The MC will learn something new about Lana and her family, in other words, the plot will begin to thicken. 

I'm not going to prolong the event by any means, but I have to show what I think is necessary to make Lana's "path" interesting, and at this moment I can't tell you how long it will take to finish it. 

In other news,

I wanted to do a poll asking if you would prefer me to write reports every week or every two weeks. But why should I lie to you when I have already made my choice? 

From now on, I'm going to release reports every 2 weeks, so it will not distract me so much from working on WCgW. First, I have to think about what I have to share with you guys. Then I have to write it and translate it, and that takes some time. Instead, for example, I will devote this time to creating some custom renders, or I will just focus on making my game. This is not a permanent decision. It is possible, depending on how much time I will have, that reports or other posts (dev thoughts, dev notes) will alternate every week.

I've added renders of Amanda and Fay in 4K to the post. I had to find the right font to sign them. I will write more about the galleries in a separate post.
