AFAIK, Street Fighter X Tekken was one of a few games delisted from Steam due to Games for Windows Live DRM that Capcom said they'd get rid of and bring back "eventually". There was controversy over DLC characters and stuff being on the disc, so you were only buying a key to access it, but I'm pretty dang sure it had nothing to do with Tekken X Street Fighter getting canned (it was being worked on until 2016 and officially cancelled in 2021). That whole controversy being tied to just that one game always felt weird to me, because it wasn't the first or last to do that. It's a thing even to this day with digital games too where the DLC data is included with the main download and the "DLC" you actually download is like 1MB in size cuz its just a key
