100% Jimmy back then wasn't who he is today, so it worked better than it does as the series has aged. Not their fault, happens. But it cracks me up every time he pops up. - Greg

But in 2001, he was a minor cast member on SNL, and it would be 2009 before he started hosting Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and 2014 before helming The Tonight Show. Back in the early 2000’s he was still trying to make it as an actor. Almost Famous, Band of Brothers, Fever Pitch. Don’t remember him pulling up with a jeep-load of ammo causing a blip during the first airing, unlike today when it seems so incongruous.
