WIP: Wet skin experiments

Something a little different, wanted to try create a wet skin effect. Not super convincing but better than nothing. Tweaking it a little before release. Its a cloth item made in Blender covering the whole body, with some normal map to create the droplet effects and alpha texture applied so that its mostly transparent.
