Free VAM Enviro: Subway

Here is my final version of the subway asset/scene. I struggled a bit with making the tunnel part, especially animating its movement. VAM animation does not have "flat" animation transitions, everything is curved (linear, easeinout) so there is always acceleration/deacceleration between animationsteps. I settled on a solution where the tunnel animation keeps jumping in time to where the motion is constant in the animation. It looks ok-ish from the inside the subway car which was the intent.

The buttons on the side does the following;

Start - Starts tunnel animation, subwaycar swaying and sound
Stop - Stops all of the above
Move On/Off - Toggles the swaying of the subwaycar

My system is really loud for some reason so the sound level of the ambient is set to quite low. You can adjust the volume from the Audio_xxx atom. Or remove/change it alltogether.

The person loaded in the scene is a VAM default one.

To install place the files in your VAM directory according to the structure in the download. There are two scenes, one default and one for PostMagic users. I highly recommend the PostMagic plugin, even if you dont like my settings it offers alot of ways to change the look of the scene. The plugin is free now. There are comparison screens below.
