Love is cracking me the fuck open.
And I am resisting nothing.
My body is aching in almost every joint, muscle, tissue.
My stomach swells & releases like the ocean's tides, in and out, in and out.
Moving mountains of stored trauma, karma, emotional energy, whatever you want to call it, as fast as I can breathe.
When I start to hear stories & grip to understanding, I remember to feel, whatever is here, right now
This is the revolution.
I am in awe of the courage I embody in choosing to show up vulnerably.
In allowing myself to be seen.
Feeling, loving, wrestling with, holding all of the pieces of me as they dissolve.
All that is real is the feeling of my heart, in my chest.
