2025-01-24 01:41:17 +0000 UTCYeah - that's right. The stockings are on a separate layer, and I just need to switch the color with some unity code to add different variations. For the nails I could just add an extra layer solely for the nails, but the problem is that foot layer deforms slightly during animation (to add bend to the toes), and so the nails would also have to deform slightly to match the toes. I'd probably have to do a lot of manual adjustment to make it all match up. In theory that's what I think would happen

I would assume we could make the painted nails a separate layer as well, that will cover the origional layer if the paint is activated? This way you wouldn't have to separate the existing nail layer. But just add a new one that covers up the default nail like the stockings do.

Since the feet and nail Png images are on a single layer, I would have to create several layers of the feet, each with different nail colors. Alternatively I could separate the nail layer from the feet, but I would have to rework a load of art and animation. Possible but would require quite a bit of editing for such a minor feature - I may get round to it at some point
