Yo, I got another idea, I don't think I saw it in any of ur games, you can tie a lady up, make some pixie/shrunk Nyra/(or disgusting insect, if you like) crawl/fly inside of her hole/s, tease and work it from the inside and torment her like that, but it would prob take 2 angles or making something partially transparent. Just in case you were wondering what else to stuff into the game. Besides tickling...
