This field is not about creating a lack mentality, or a need to hoard assets. This field is about freeing you from the need to consume.

There is freedom in not needing much to survive, it doesn’t mean you can’t embrace an abundance mentality. It’s means you are resourceful. It’s means you can do more with what you have. Giving you the opportunity to gather wealth and keep it. Giving you the opportunity to do more with the money you get, multiplication rather than subtraction.

Sometimes you gather resources and then begin to need more in the process. Your income goes up, but so do your expenses. Money is of course currency, and hoarding money in fear is has equal impact to using it frivolously. They are both products of a lack based mentality. But you are limitless and abundant. There should be a balance. This will help you to live in a way where you use each dollar, each resource to the fullest. In harmony with nature, multiply what you have.

You should immediately notice a less consumer-based mentality and more of a creator mindset. I found interesting effects from this field myself. I’ve been meal prepping and finding bargains.
