heart wall (extra strength)

I think many of you understand what a heart wall is intuitively. You may also understand how it keeps you from the future you desire. Simply put over time here on Earth, trauma and negative experiences begin to become trapped in our hearts, we may also deliberately wall ourselves off from the world to protect ourselves. Our heart holds a magnetic field and these energetic barriers, while they may seem protective only serve to dampen our inherit power. We are not small children anymore, we are powerful. And our impact on the world can be just as powerful, if we allow it. Our hearts can protect us, if allowed to blossom. I know that many of you might find this scary, the idea of dissolving this wall. And that's ok. There is no pressure to use this. Many of you know I use these fields to heal myself. And I desire to venture outside the realm of the past, and all that which ties me too it. Including this wall. "Heart walls block the heart's energy from flowing through the body. This makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself. This can cause physical symptoms, particularly in the neck, upper back and shoulders. Heart walls block us from fully opening our hearts to those around us. We can become numb and unable to connect to others."
