The seal jump, seated calf raise with toes out, seated calf raise with toes neutral, seated calf raise with toes in, ankle mobilization, single leg calf raises, hole calf raises, tiptoe walk, jumping calf raise, standing calf raise, seated calf raise machine, lateral lunge to curtsy lunge, agility ladder, bosu ball squat and sprinting. As you can see it is quite thorough, so please be careful not to overuse.
It also includes relative stretches to lengthen and detoxify the muscles and an automated foam roller type effect.
