The team kicked things off with a full structure session last week. It’s not writing yet, more of a walkthrough to lay out the bones. How many comics, how many sex scenes, which girls are in or out, and who’s carrying the major arcs. Chase led the session, using the same process we run on Sinners Landing. It’s a clean way to get the entire writing team aligned early on.
Right now, we’ve got a lot of girls in the cast. A mix of returning names: Mi Sun, Reyna, Tori and the team running the resort and porn studio, plus the new crew introduced on the PL3 Steam page: Sophia, Vivian and Freya. We'll also post more previews of them soon!
One big shift this time around: we’re planning sex scenes first. In PL2, we got cleaner structure and smoother pacing, but lost a bit of what made PL1 weird and memorable. So now we’re starting with the scenes, same volume as PL1, roughly... and building around them. Not just where they land, but why they exist. What’s the character hook? What’s the angle? Why does this one matter?
We’re taking what worked from PL1, what got streamlined in PL2, and what we learned from Sinners Landing’s longer-form character arcs. PL3’s shaping up to be tighter where it matters, but still has room for weird tangents and emotional landmines.
We’re also doing some new stuff on the art side. Backgrounds are getting busier, baked-in characters like a guy sitting at the bar, a couple eating at Jenn’s restaurant, people milling around the pool.
On top of that, we’re expanding the resort itself. There’s a new yoga studio in the pipeline and a waterfall location planned for early scenes. The extra locations give us more flexibility in pacing and tone.
Some features from PL1 are coming back too. But we aren't promising anything yet.
This one’s probably going to be another two-year dev cycle as well. But it’s already off to a smoother start. More focused, more grounded, and a lot more deliberate.

Paradise Lust 2 just wrapped its launch with a full storyline and four seasonal post-release updates lined up.
We’re doing something similar for Sinners Landing and now that we’re getting close to exit Early Access as well.

After two years of development, Paradise Lust 2 is officially out of Early Access and fully launched. The final update is live, the last main storylines are wrapped, and if you’ve been waiting for the whole thing to be finished before jumping in, now’s the time.

What’s next?
We’ve got four seasonal content updates planned. One for each season (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring). Each is a self-contained story built like a mini-movie produced by the Paradise Lust porn studio, and can be played anywhere in the second half of the game. First up? Cath is playing a dangerous blond suspect in the Noir-inspired Wolf Instinct.
And after that? Paradise Lust 3.

To celebrate, we wanted to take a moment to look back at where it all started—specifically, with the girls of Paradise Lust. Every character came from somewhere. Some were inspired by people we've met, some by half-remembered ideas, and some just filled a gap we didn’t know was there until we started writing.
Every character starts somewhere. Sometimes it's a detail. Sometimes it's a person you barely remember but couldn’t forget. And sometimes it's just sitting in a room asking, “Alright, who else would show up to an international beauty pageant?”

After over a year of monthly updates, feedback, bug hunts, rewrites, redraws, and a whole lot of horny dialogue, Paradise Lust 2 is finally hitting its full release on May 15. That means the full story. Every girl, every scene, every bad decision Jack could possibly make. We are proud of what we pulled off and grateful we got to build it with your support.
But we are not done!
We have four more updates coming after launch, each one focused on a new porn movie and a new sex scene. If you have not voted in the final porn flick poll yet, it is still up and this is your last chance for subscribed Patreons to help shape the end of Paradise Lust 2.
And because we like momentum... The Paradise Lust 3 Steam page is officially live. Please wishlist it, it really helps with visibility, especially early on.
Once those four final Paradise Lust 2 updates are out, the team will begin working on Paradise Lust 3 full time. We already have big plans, bigger drama, and even more ridiculous pageant shenanigans in the works.

We’re finishing up her storyline in the next update, and yes, there’s a lot new scenes. The gif below is just one of several scenes with Tristan (and no, it doesn’t get less intense from here).
Alongside that, we’re also working on a new hidden object minigame that introduces a few of the lesser-known goddesses. Each one of these spread-style puzzles takes a while to build... usually a few days per scene, with the whole layout eating up a full week. But the result’s worth it.

Last poll, we floated the idea of doing a porn flick with Scarlett. Turns out that was never going to work. Scarlett (correctly, and in-character) told Jack to go fuck himself. Doing porn would tank her influencer career, and she knows it. She’s not the kind of character who would have sex on camera, and the version of her we’ve written stuck to that.
So instead, we went with the Milk Maiden concept with Ryoko. Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Yes, it’s for the people who have that kink. No, we’re not judging.
Now, for the final post-launch flick, here are the options that we shuffled and rewrote that would make most sense. One of these will close out the seasonal updates.

This might be the craziest texture atlas we’ve put together so far—and it's all for the finale of the Paradise Lust 2 storyline.
One of our artists spent nearly two weeks painting it, and now it’s getting rigged and animated. For those curious: everything starts in Photoshop as layered artwork, then we move it into Spine2D for animation, and finally pack it into a giant texture atlas like this to help things run smoother in-game.
We’re now up to 140-ish backgrounds in Sinners Landing and yes, that includes time-of-day variations.
Some of these you’ve already seen in-game. Some are tied to locations that haven’t shown up yet. A few belong to characters you haven’t met, and at least one or two are places you probably shouldn’t be allowed into. Yet.
It’s a big, messy, broken world full of temples, taverns, ruined basements, sketchy bedrooms, and weird magical shit, and we’ve been building all of it.
Some backgrounds are still waiting for their story moment to hit. Others are hiding spoilers. But they’re real, they’re in the engine and pipeline, and honestly, we’re pretty damn proud of them.
This is the last poll for Paradise Lust 2’s post-launch flick updates. Some of these you’ve seen before, others were handpicked by the team. Time to lock in the final lineup.
Land, Ho! – Cath, Gabby Cath, Gabby, and Jack recreate the shipwreck and end up getting down and dirty on the beach. Jack plays the strong, silent wildman.

Refuge of Embers is a hand drawn and animated fantasy visual novel. You can play our recently overhauled free demo that has 6 animated h-scenes and covers the prologue chapter of the story.
You’ll play as Harth, the renamable protagonist who lives in a remote frontier village with his friends. As the story unfolds, the simple life that Harth and his friends have always known begins to crumble away as they discover a deeper purpose.
The game features a large cast of characters to meet and romance. The choices that you make will change how they see you and unlock different endings or flavors for each path.
Refuge of Embers is packed with artwork that pulls you deeper into the world and narrative, and of course includes some really spicy animated scenes with multiple camera angles and toggleable x-ray views.
By default the game leans strongly into impregnation as a theme, but that and other content can be toggled on or off in the settings menu at any time. You can customize the game to match your preferences.
The completed game will be out next year, but you can support the project here on Patreon in the meantime. Supporter builds are released every 30-60 days, and the current version has about 185 mins of total gameplay.
