We've always been a mixed bag of content here and will always be pretty duck/bird heavy since that's just our jam, but do you guys ever avoid posting stuff because you feel it's got a rep that will drive people away?
Either way, my physical therapy is doing great things, I've officially stepped up to heavier weights to include my bicep/shoulder/back. I can tell my forearm is getting back to it's former meatiness as I build that muscle back up. Tendons feeling good, the only pain left is this pinchiness on the underside near my elbow.
Things are scary out there right now, but we aren't going away, expect fresh content.
