2021-11-13 16:58:14 +0000 UTCI have only experimented with using it a couple times a day. The effect does last in creating an overall calm demeanor. It should be safe to use on a loop, it may very well get you high in the process.

Can we listen as often as we would like to get in the the perfect state which we would like to be on? Will the affect last a few hours or a whole day?
