Mod UI updates and Discord server

I've recently been updating the UI for new features
1:
Stats screen: Now you will see the girls story progress % and girl stats (when available as in if the game has girl stats)
Complete Check: a little check or "x" to show if you completed that guide or not
2: Guide windows now auto resize no more showing 4 lines of just blank space to let you know location/time
All new Mods going forward will be using these features, all current mods will slowly get "upgraded" over time to include the features
