Accessing Awards Ok?
Added 2022-11-21 20:20:00 +0000 UTCHey, folks. A bit confused, here. A couple of pledgers have unpledged citing "It was too hard to find or access my benefits/rewards".
I message download links to you guys whenever something new hits the store. I thought that was pretty simple, but I'm now worried that maybe OneDrive is being a DickHead to some folks.
Is everybody accessing new content ok when it comes out?

No worries. Sorry for my own late response! - Are you using a phone/tablet or computer? - It comes in .zip format, which can be a little tricky on phones or tablets, but I'm sure there's a winzip app on the phone you can get. - Let me know if I'm way off the mark, so I can look into what's happening here. :)
