2024-05-21 22:36:12 +0000 UTCoh this is very cool! do you have these lists made up ahead of time and you follow them like a template? or do you make each list fresh each morning? I love seeing how things can end up on mutiple lists. i also have to ask - do you follow any ayurvedic based structure or diet? a few of your line items feel like they were pulled from my ayurvedic plans. :)

2024-05-21 00:28:32 +0000 UTCSarah I don’t remember if you mentioned the closed loop framework in this minisode or the first May minisode but I’m so glad you did because it led me to the Moonbeaming episode and WOW did it change my perspective. I am excited to say that i unintentionally (let’s call it intuition!) set goals on April 7, starting my 3 moon cycle journey. I did a moon map and set up some action steps to work on my financial journey in accordance with the moon! I was feeling pretty ambiguous about my goals but I was able to get some clarity following your framework. As always, thank you for sharing your gifts. I got off all social media and deactivated Facebook and Instagram ( which I understand why you couldn’t) but it changed my life. I encourage your detox!!

2024-05-18 01:30:18 +0000 UTCHi Kathryn, I've been doing a daily check-in list practice every morning since last year. It's been helpful so far for dealing with being overwhelmed most mornings. Here's the breakdown: 1. List making First list: Things I do every day to check in with my physical world. Second list: Things I do every day to check in with my emotional/ mental world. Put your gratitude list here as well as your affirmations if you have any. Third list: Things I do every day to check in with my spiritual world. 2. List layout Physical 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. * You can go up to 10 instead of 5 (whatever works for you) - #1 & #2 can be the easiest thing you can do and can be the same thing you put for the second & third list. -#3 can be specific to that list (example: pull a card (for the third list which is spiritual)). -#4 can be something that excitingly challenges you. -#5 can be something new that maybe you are unfamiliar with that you're hoping to get better at. 3. List example Physical 1. Eat breakfast 2. Make tea 3. Pack work food 4. Wash hair 5. Make lime rice Emotional/Mental 1. Eat breakfast 2. Make tea 3. Grateful for my cup of tea 4. Grateful to have running water 5. Grateful for my phone Spiritual 1. Eat breakfast 2. Make tea 3. Pull a card 4. Light a tealight 5. Admire the blooming flowers on your walk
