New "Ragged dress" item - sprite

I'm gonna change the item "ragged dress" into a different one, called "snazzy top". When doing the sprite for the old item, I introspected that something costing 250 gold pieces should at least look nice~ ๐ The icon isn't updated yet.
Oh, and it'll work the male player character as well
