A lot of qualities Athena, has used to describe Ody was also descriptive of Zeus, and Athena's wringer was "never cheating on his wife". Zeus is notorious for having been unfaithful to Hera who is the Goddess of Marraige. She has spited many of Zeus' affairs and their offspring. Also all the gods in this song were involved in the Trojan War. The only outliers being Posiedon and Hermes.

2024-09-08 20:42:44 +0000 UTCHera is the goddess of marriage, as well as being Zeus' wife. Zeus is infamous for sleeping with anything that moves. So both those things combined is why "never once has he cheated on his wife" convinced her.
