On the menu for November (laddu!)

First of all: forgive me for being a couple days late on my menu. I’m visiting my darling E and my iPad charger quit on me in the middle of drawing. Thankfully I got another, but that’s the price of having an Apple device in an Android home.

Happy Diwali! This is a festival of lights, celebrating the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness. The whole world needs this very much now. Diwali is a time for sweets, like Ganesha’s favorite, laddu! These are coconut cardamom laddu — one for Mushak, Ganesha’s mighty little steed.

What’s on the menu for November?

I’ve got my Victorian bicycle wives to color, and a couple nsfw pieces on deck. It’s also my birthday this month, so I may do a customary incredibly self-indulgent fashion Crowley for fun. Postcards will be a little late this month, since I won’t be home for another week, but they’re coming! They’ll be my witch Crowley from Halloween, because witch Crowley is timeless ✨

Also, feliz Día de Muertos! This year I’m remembering my wonderful mom and E’s amazing granddad. Tell me something sweet about a person you’re remembering today. 🌼
