Let There Be Frames! (baby angel)
Added 2023-09-04 15:00:06 +0000 UTCI decided to hop on board the Let There Be Frames project, where each artist is assigned a frame from the opening sequence that will eventually become an animatic. I might pick up another frame, since this one went pretty quickly.
I don't usually like to just redraw existing pictures -- I kinda feel like, what's the point? What am I gonna add? But this whole project really proves that seeing something familiar in the style of a particular artist makes it extra special. I don't know about mine, because I stuck pretty close to the source material, but I'm happy I did it anyway, and I really enjoyed it. And if you look closely, of course I added some starlight freckles.
