Sylvester's Special K9A Power

Sylvester can grow as big and strong as he wants, but his time is limited. At his "mid" size, he can hold it for about 10 minutes or so. Anything requiring more will cut down the time he can hold it. Once transformed, it takes about a week for him to "recharge" and be able to transform again.
With these conditions, he has very little time to hone and control his super strength, such how he can control his "pounces". While he can easily out muscle any normal thug, a skilled martial artist (or giant mouse) can easily win over him, or at least until he times out.
There might be a way for him to retain this form longer, even without having the original idol that allowed him to transform to begin with...
For the most part he uses his skills as a mouse/bird hunter and pet of a detective to help around the AGency, as well as being a good father and mentor to both Sylvester Jr and Furrball.
