Ragan, one of the big baddies in K9A, welcomes his newest recruits, the cat and mouse from Looney Tunes' Chow Hound, into being part of his "business" group... right before he gives them their "incentive" involving making up the "gravy payments" that they were behind on with their previous boss... and a funnel.
