The little crosses on the horns and tail break up the black surface a bit and make it look more interesting. The transition of the hair from red to orange is also a nice detail. The hooves surprised me a little but they suit her well. The perspective with the foreshortening is not easy to get right but you did a great job. Also nice idea to put the finger, arm and tail above the frame, that gives the picture some additional depth. Always sad to hear that someone who brings joy to many people with her art is going through a difficult time. I hope that you can solve whatever is not going well for you at the moment and that things will improve for you in the near future.
