Update 82+83

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 83 was won by Malta+ (adding level 4 (last level) + youth system) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 82 will be added Japan+ (adding/reworking prefectural cups), updated Central African Republic and Ivory Coast.

• Central African Republic - updated formats, updated how schedules work (all matches are played on one stadium), updated rules/finances, added more information to teams that had none

• Ivory Coast - updated formats/rules/finances, added more information to some teams that had none

• Japan+ - reworked Emperor's Cup prefecture qualifications with flexible formats (base is format of 2024 but it will change based on number of teams), added prefecture qualifications for Shakaijin Cup (now it's Prefecture qualification -> Regional qualification -> Main Stage), some Shakaijin qualifications are connected to Emperor's Cup qualifications in these cases those connections are added, added National Self-Defense Forces Soccer Tournament + added more Self-Defense Forces teams

This week is all about Japan, reworking/expanding regional cups is something I wanted to do for longer time so I'm having really fun with it. My main goal was to add prefecture qualifications to Shakaijin Cup which will add more matches for teams in prefecture leagues, good thing is that right now everything around it is finished and it's working. Right now I'm working on updating of Emperor's Cup prefecture qualifications so they have formats like in 2024 and that they are flexible with number of teams. In some prefectures there are connections between both qualifications (mostly in Kanto region). There will be bigger in-depth desription how everything works in text file and in update description.
Newly is added National Self-Defense Forces Soccer Tournament which is tournament played by only SDFS teams, there are added new SDFS teams (around 13).
There are still two tournaments that I want to make, National Club Team Soccer Championship and National Local Government Employees Football Championship, I need to make them both at the same time because I need to filter out SDFS teams and Goverment teams that cannot play in National Club Team Soccer Championship. It might be in some more simple versions first, because they have again kind of big qualification system which takes lots of time to make.

First updated nation is Central African Republic, here it is little bit more specific, because main league here is played only by teams from Bangui (capital city), there are leagues in other regions but they are not on level of Bangui League and because of civil war in Central African Republic, they don't really play each other. Because of that all matches are played on one stadium (level 1 and 2) so updated are schedules of both leagues so there is minimum of postponed matches, updated are player rules/finances and added are more informations to all teams.

Second updated nation is Ivory Coast, there are small changes in format and rules/finances. There is added more information to teams that had none.

There should be updated Moldova but because of how specific format level 1/2 have, I want to test first some things because it's not very FM friendly format for some things. So it will be in next update.

In Update 83 will be make Malta+ (adding level 4 (last level) + youth system), Malta is small island so lots of teams share stadiums, so again it will be little fight with schedules so there is minimum number of postponed matches. With Malta+ will be updated Moldova, Brunei Darussalam, Croatia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Voting this time will go for something that will take two weeks to make, first is Remaster Czech Republic+ (adding level 7), Spain+ (adding level 7), Argentina+ (adding level 4), Japan+ (adding level 8) and Switzerland+ (adding level 8).
