Update 78+79

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 79 was won by Italy+ (adding level 7 + missing things) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 78 will be added Bolivia+ (adding regional leagues in level 2), updated Bahrain and Bangladesh.

• Bahrain - updated player rules/finances/formats, added more information to teams that had none

• Bangladesh - updated player rules/finances/formats, added more information to teams that had none

• Bolivia+ - added 9 regional divisions, added missing clubs/cities/stadiums, added possibility to start either 2023 or 2024 season, added partial history to regional leagues, added more information to teams that had none or had missing stadiums

This week is mainly about Bolivia and adding second level. In Bolivia from second level down leagues are divided into 9 regional leagues, each league has it's own formats and different number of teams. Promotion stage (playoff) is different in 2023 and from 2024, it is little bit simplified because there should be two teams form inter-provincial cups which are played by teams from provincial leagus (mostly level 6/7 down). Newly you can start either 2023 season or 2024 season. There is around 100 new teams, information about some is more difficult to find but at least there is always some kind of information.

First of updated nations is Bahrain, there were smaller changes in foreign player rules and some minor changes in cups. added more information to teams that had none.

second updated nation is Bangladesh, there is again some changes in player rules and some actualization for leagues/cups, added more information to teams that had none.

For Update 79 will be done Italy+ (adding level 7 + missing things), level 7 has around 100 divisions and there will be lots of things to make, there are each regional leagues + cups, adding missing teams/cities/stadiums, this update will be in making for two weeks so next week will be Update 78,5 (or something like that) where will be updated/balanced some nations or there will be added more in-depth things (like awards).

Voting for Update 80 will have Japan+ (adding/reworking prefectural cups), Colombia+ (adding level 4), China+ (adding level 4) and Brazil+ (adding fantasy Serie E/F).
