Update 61

In this update is added updated Brazil+ and Poland+ (added level 6)
Brazil+ - reworked all U20 level 1 state leagues to have formats like in 2024 or 2025, added level 2 U20 state leagues (in states that have them), added U20 state cups (in states that have them)
Poland+ - added 47 divisions of level 6, added more than 700 missing teams (with cities/stadiums, kits, year of foundation, etc), reworked regional cups, updated rules in lower leagues
Poland level 6 is really big, I will in future return to update things around that I didn't have any time to work on (history, youth leagues), but for now I want rest from Poland for a few weeks. In Brazil I didn't have enough time to make U17 pyramid, so for now U23 league is still active but I'm still planning to make U17 pyramid in Brazil.
