Update 60+61

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 60 was won by Poland+ (adding level 6) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 59 will be added updated Japan and Bolivia.

• Japan - updated attendace data for teams in J1-J3, JFL and Regional Leagues 1/2, updated kits for teams in J1-J3, JFL and Regional Leagues 1/2, updated facilities/youth importance for teams in Regional Leagues 1/2, updated names of some teams, updated informations about teams in prefecture level (right now in Fukuoka and Hokkaido)

• Bolivia - updated format of level 1 to 2025, added Copa Bolivia (From 2025), updated finances of league from 2025, added more informations to clubs that had none

Japan is in database done very chaotically, there are multiple specific things in japanese pyramid (university second teams, university satellite teams, corporate teams, army teams, etc.) which it could be in a way replicated, problem is that right now how it's done it's just chaos. Fully I will be able to fix it in plus version so I'm writing notes for that version while at the same time I'm trying to fix what it could be fixed in basic version.
Updated are kits for all teams level 1-6 (J1-J3, JFL and Regional Leagues) where JFL and Regional Leagues had practically all wrong kits and attendances, changed in those levels are facilities and importance for youth teams which is based if they have youth teams. Average attendances for teams for J1-J3 and JFL are easy to find but for Regional Leagues I took it from report cards and create tables and calculated it all myslef (that document will be in update avaible).
In Prefecture level there is a problem that in reality most teams don't have their stadium and they play on multiple ones, problem is that if in game team doesn't have stadium, it will build one and for team in amateur level it means that it will be in debt next 6-8 years and board is always want you to better finances but you can't do anything because it's amateur team. So my plan to fix it is to give teams one stadium of which they normally play (if one of the stadiums is in database) and with that there will be no more financial problems for those teams. Right now in prefecutre level is done Hokkaido and Fukuoka (at least on club level, I'm still editing university and hightschool teams) but I hope that I will add at least 5 more prefectures.

Bolivia has little changes of format in 2025, league is normally played as league (30 rounds) and revived is Copa Bolivia which has interesting group stage fixture format which I kind of replicated (it's not 100% but let's say 90% same), reworked are continental seedings and added are finances of new TV deal from 2025

For Update 60 will be added level 6 to Poland, which is little big bigger (some regions have V.Liga and some have regional leagues) and I'm not sure how many things will need to be created, so I will see if I will be able to work on another things. If there will be time I'm working on small update of Switzerland+ where I added all Liechtenstein cities, some new teams to lower leagues and some balancing.

Voting for Update 61 will have Denmark+ (adding level 8), Brazil+ (rework of youth system), USA+ (adding NCAA Division I) and Canada+ (adding missing leagues/things).
