Update 59+60

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 59 was won by Japan (cleaning/fixing database) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 58 will be added USA+ (level 4) and flexible databases of Andorra, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Luxembourg and Luxembourg+.

• USA+ - added National Premier Soccer League and USSL Division Two, added missing teams/cities/stadiums (not just to level 4 but for teams in levels above), added more informations to all teams (in all levels)

• Andorra - when level 1 reaches top 15/16 leagues in Europe, all matches started to be in national TV + lite version of VAR, when level 1 reaches top 5/6 leagues in Europe, all matches on satelite TV + VAR + bigger stadium requirments + added more money to league

• Faroe Islands - when level 1 reaches top 15/16 leagues in Europe, all matches started to be in national TV + lite version of VAR, when level 1 reaches top 5/6 leagues in Europe, all matches on satelite TV + VAR + bigger stadium requirments + added more money to league and level 2 will have all matches in national TV + added more money

• Gibraltar - when level 1 reaches top 15/16 leagues in Europe, all matches started to be in national TV + lite version of VAR, when level 1 reaches top 5/6 leagues in Europe, all matches on satelite TV + VAR + added more money to league

• , Luxembourg - when level 1 reaches top 15/16 leagues in Europe, all matches started to be in national TV + lite version of VAR, when level 1 reaches top 5/6 leagues in Europe, all matches on satelite TV + VAR + bigger stadium requirments + added more money to league and level 2 will have all matches in national TV + added more money

This week is mostly about USA, semi-pro levels are in a way very complicated because lots of teams have multiple teams in multiple leagues and it's kind of confusing sometimes, another thing is that practically all teams don't have their stadiums and sometimes they play even in another city (mostly on high school stadiums for american football) and last is that lots of teams come and go so leagues are never same, so that's why everything is based on season 2024. There was again lots of missing things in lots of clubs (missing cities/stadiums, missing affilations etc) which are now added. Both newly added leagues have playoff system, in case of NPSL it has little bit more complicated one and I have it game working even though it looks kind of funny (it has 16 stages).
My plan was to make NCAA system but when I saw how many things are again missing I push it to next voting, so I can see if there is interest to have NCAA in FM.

Another thing that is added are the flexible databases, it is something that I already have in San Marino, it should help to simulate grow of the nation as whole where league will start to grow, so more TV money, VAR, bigger stadium requirments, because normally if you growing some nation, probably only your team is doing something and rest of the league is kind of useless, with this whole league (all teams) will get boosted and will start to grow. In case of Faroe Islands and Luxembourg there is added the grow even into the level 2, so you can have even bigger feeling how the football is growing.

For Update 59 will be done Japan (cleaning/fixing database), there is again lots of blue/white teams, some things that are wrong/mistakes in database, I will clean/fix everything so there could be done plus version for Japan where I wouldn't be limited. (because some things right now are simplified in basic version). Additionally I will continue in updating some of the older databases (Bolivia is on top of the list) with probably version of database where slovakian and czech clubs play one league.

Voting for Update 60 will have Poland+ (adding level 6), Brazil+ (rework of youth system), USA+ (adding NCAA Division I) and Spain+ (adding level 6).
