Update 55+56

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 55 was won by Germany (adding level 6) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 54 will be added Brazil (added more levels of state leagues + reworked level 1 of state leagues), updated Chile+, Bulgaria (only basic version) and China.

• Brazil - reworked some level 1 state leagues so they have correct formats, added levels 2-4 of state leagues, with level 5 there is little problem which I will describe down below, added history to State Leagues levels 2-5

• Chile+ - same as with basic version, you can now start both seasons on both versions

• Bulgaria - added kits/informations to clubs in level 4 (at least for those I found some info)

• China - little balance updated, winner and runner-up of U21 League will now get B team into Second Division (level 3) not like it was until now with U21 team, which was causing some fixture problems, added kits to teams that had none

In the end Brazil is taking more time than I expected because formats of lots of state leagues are kind of complicated and reworking level 1 state leagues is complicated too because I have to correct qualifications to cups and Serie D, there is lots of things that are connected together and I have to make sure that even after all changes everything works. There is a funny problem with level 5 of State leagues, because I can't see it in game and my guess is because the "normal" pyramid has only 4 levels, I can only have "other" pyramid 4 levels, problem is that Brazil doesn't have in "normal" pyramid level 5 so I will have to figure out some solution for that. Another problem is that I can't configure State Leagues with both seasons so you can start both of them because in editor is bug and it just don't work, so there will be two versions where in one will be season 2023 of State Leagues and in another it will have 2024 State Leagues. But still Brazilian database is belongs to my favorites because all of the complicated formats and qualifications and it's really cool to be now able to go from level 4 Rio de Janeiro State League to Serie A.

I saw that Brazil won the vote but I swear that I saw draw there, but it doesn't matter now because it's in works. Bulgaria kind of surprised me too because they use Cyrillic alphabet and without searching in that you can't find nothing about those teams (and even cyrillic search there are some teams with no information) so again because of that everything takes more time but lots of teams in level 4 has added more information and next update will have plus version with level 4.

I started to play FM little bit and I ended up in China and I saw some things that could be updated that's why there is little balancing update for China (adding kits for some teams that had none, little balance of finances in youth leagues).

For Update 55 will be Bulgaria+ (level 4), Germany (adding level 6) and probably Brazil State Leagues 2024 version because I'm not sure if I will have enough time to finish it.

Voting for Update 56 will have Japan (start of cleaning/fixing database so there can be in future plus version with going even deeper levels of pyramid), Ecuador+ (adding level 3), Canada+ (adding missing leagues from League1 Canada) and Kosovo (adding level 4/full pyramid.
